EMERGENCY UPDATES : The WHO announced that around 112 Palestinian children are being hospitalized daily in the Gaza Strip for treatment of malnutrition since the beginning of this year, due to the severe Israeli blockade. WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus stated in a press release that the situation in Gaza, which is facing intense Israeli attacks and a suffocating blockade, has “surpassed the stage of disaster.”

They emphasize the urgent need to lift the siege and ensure that all aid is delivered transparently through legitimate UN channels, free from manipulation by Israeli or U.S.-linked entities
